COMPUTERS HAVE THIS AND SO DO PEOPLE

Have you heard the phrase “GARBAGE IN AND GARBAGE OUT” ?

I am sure most people have at one time or the other, but did you know that this phrase can apply to people as well as computers?

A computer is capable of producing what is programed into it, and the outcome or performance is determined by these elements.

People perform in the same way as computers are programed. 

Your brain is like a computer in a sense, it only produces actions as a result of the thoughts it receives.

If you only let negative thoughts enter your mind, the results will be  negative actions.

If you program your mind and your brain with positive thoughts, then positive actions and results will happen.

This is really the way your brain actually performs, and your body follows up accordingly.

Do you read books? Do you exercise regularly? Do you eat the right foods? Do you always say positive things about people and situations.

You see these things all are important to your mind and body.

They react to what is being put or programed .

So the next time think first about what you are going to do or what you are going to think, or what you are going to say.

Your brain and body are listening.

They both are being programed.

Your success or failure and future is be planned and determined.

Make sure it is a positive and not a negative one.
